I read the article on Informal Learning. This article was somewhat interesting. This article explained the difference between informal and formal learning. Both of them are somewhat the same. Though formal learning is more intended for newer employees or members. The informal learning is better for those "seasoned" employees or employees who have been there for a great period of time. Informal learning is better for them because it allows them to learn only what they need at that time. Informal learning for them is somewhat like an upgrade. They are just updating themselves to the newest trends or knowledge.

  1. yes this article was interesting.the articles showed how different people got different styles of learning and how they can find different way to adopt. the formal learning gets the employees ready for the different type of ways that they are going to have to be able to think and learn in the work environment it also gets them ready for only what they need to know at that time

  2. It's interesting to see how different aspects of learning can be used in certain situations. As you stated informal learning would best suit those employees who have be there for some time, yet it is still similar to that of formal learning. Even the slightest difference can determine what method should be used for training and learning.
